Elizabeth A. Moreno
Ms. Moreno founded her minority owned West Los Angeles law firm in 2002 and has been a practicing attorney for twenty five years. She is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the United States Northern, Southern, Central Districts of California and the California Courts.
Ms. Moreno has achieved successful results in employment actions, insurance and business disputes. She has tried more than 40 jury and court civil trials that have varied from 5 to 80 days in length. As a well recognized mediator in Southern California, she has resolved over three hundred disputes.
Involvement in Organizations
Ms. Moreno is a member of the American Bar Association and is past Chair of the Diversity Committee of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section. As a member of the California State Bar, she delivers many Continuing Education classes on ethics, inclusivity and elimination of bias amongst lawyers and dispute resolution professionals. She has been appointed by the Board of Governors to the State Bar Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution for a three year term. Ms. Moreno also serves as Chair of the Resolution Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association whose purpose is to propose changes in the law to the California legislature. She is also active in the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Solo and Small Firm section.
