EAMPC, Elizabeth A. Moreno, A Professional Corporation, is a West Los Angeles law firm, that practices throughout Southern California in consulting with and representing employers and general Civil Litigation. EAMPC is recognized for its litigation skills and trial experience, as well as for its expertise in providing neutral services as a mediator and arbitrator. EAMPC was founded in 2002 and is a minority woman owned Professional Corporation.

Attorneys
Elizabeth A. Moreno is a litigating attorney, mediator and arbitrator in Southern California, with a focus on achieving each client’s objectives through careful, thoughtful, and cost effective representation, Ms. Moreno represents defendants in complex cases- trying cases, negotiation settlement and counseling clients to reduce risks. She regularly defends in federal and State courts. She also consults with employers in developing internal workplace dispute resolution systems and conflict resolution strategies for their employees, which has become a viable and effective solution to resolve employee disputes.

Ms. Moreno has achieved successful results on behalf of employers in cases involving workplace discrimination. Ms. Moreno also practices general litigation including construction and business law as well as working with the Developmentally Disabled in establishing their legal needs.

Ms. Moreno graduated from Loyola Law School in 1984 and earned a Juris Doctor. She is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the United States Northern, Southern, Central Districts of California and the California Courts. Ms. Moreno is a member of the American Bar Association. As a member of the California State Bar, she delivers many MCLE classes on ethics and elimination of bias within the legal profession. She has been appointed by the Board of Governors to the State Bar Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution for a three year term. Ms. Moreno also serves on the Resolution Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
