Thank you for your Support!

Vote counting for the June 8 primary election for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has finally ended. I ended with 97,000 votes. I was 1% short of the total votes of making it to the November runoff. I spent only 20 cents per vote. My opponents who are facing a runoff in November have spent in excess of $2.00 per vote.
Many have asked me whether I will be running again in the next election which is in 2012. I have not decided but in the meantime, I am sitting as an administrative hearing officer and as a mediator which allows me to obtain even more experience to support my bid as a judicial officer. Thank you for your support!

We offer Limited Scope Representation in appropriate non family civil law cases. This arrangement is cost effective and allows the client to use a lawyer while still limiting legal fees.

Contact Elizabeth A. Moreno at 310.444.3804 to determine if limited scope representation is for you.

What is it?

Limited scope representation means that you and your attorney agree that you will perform some of the tasks associated with your case and the attorney will perform others. For example, the attorney may coach you on how to prepare documents yourself or review documents you have drafted. The attorney then only bills you and you only pay for the parts of the case the attorney handles.
