This change in the law will craft an exception to the admissibility of evidence during mediation and mediation consultation. November 2011 Elizabeth Moreno has been selected to a three year term to the Board of Directors of the California Conference of Bar Associations. The CCBA serves justice in California by bringing together attorneys from across the State representing diverse backgrounds, experience, and expertise to seek non-partisan solutions for the benefit of Californians by authoring resolutions that recommend proposed changes to substantive law and procedures.
